1990s TV cartoon: thick black outlines, sometimes wobbly, around flat, saturated color with little or no shading. Wildly exaggerated proportions such as huge eyes, oversized or angular geometric heads, tiny bodies and spindly limbs. Simple painted backgrounds in one dominant hue, with a slightly soft, low-resolution broadcast look.
