# Arrow

Real SVG vectors for icons, marks, diagrams and illustrations you can scale and edit.

![Flat vector of a mounted archer drawing a bow on a galloping white horse, the rider in a vermilion tunic and blue cap, three round orange trees on a cream ground](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-f.svg)

*Prompt: "Create an illustration of a mounted archer at full gallop, drawing a bow, in the manner of a 15th-century Florentine battle painting reduced to flat shapes, like Paolo Uccello's horses. A white horse with a stiff curled mane and a raised foreleg, a rider in a vermilion #D23A22 tunic and an ultramarine #2338A0 cap, a gold ochre #D9A441 saddle cloth with a small cross pattern, the arrow nocked and pointing up and to the left. Square composition, the horse filling the frame on a diagonal from lower left to upper right, on a cream #F4EAD5 ground with three round stylised orange trees behind. Use flat fills and one dark brown #2A1A12 outline weight. It must read as a horse and rider at 32 px. Avoid gradients, text and shadows." Model: Arrow 2.*

## Best for

Arrow 2, by QuiverAI, writes vector files. Most models here paint pixels; Arrow draws shapes and paths, so the result is an SVG you can scale to any size, open in Figma or Illustrator, and edit point by point. The archer above is one file, shown at 32, 128 and 480 px.

Reach for it when the file will be scaled or edited later: icons, logos, stickers, badges, diagrams and flat illustrations. Recraft V4.1 SVG and Recraft V4.1 Pro SVG also make vector files, if you want a second opinion.

**Icon set**

![Six cream outline icons on a cobalt square: a chocolate bar with a square broken off, a cocoa pod, a gift box, a paper bag, a snowflake and a map pin](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-s1.svg)

*Prompt: "Create six 24 px icons for the Halvard chocolate shop app in two rows: a chocolate bar with one square broken off, a cocoa pod, a gift box, a paper bag, a snowflake, a map pin. One cream outline weight on a cobalt #1F3A93 square, rounded ends, no fills." Model: Arrow 2.*

**Logo**

![Halvard logo: a cobalt square crossed by three cream waves above HALVARD in a tall condensed cobalt serif, on cream](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-s2.svg)

*Prompt: "Create a logo for Halvard, a chocolate maker in Bergen: a single square of chocolate with three wavy contour lines across it, above the word "HALVARD" in a tall condensed serif. Cobalt #1F3A93 on cream #F4EBD9." Model: Arrow 2.*

**Patent drawing**

![Patent-style line drawing of a chocolate bar mould in three figures, the tray, the bar lifted out and a cross-section with leaders numbered 1 to 6](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-s3.svg)

*Prompt: "Create a 1930s patent drawing of a chocolate bar mould: the empty mould tray, the bar lifted out with its grid of squares, and a cross-section of one square, with numbered leader lines 1 to 6. Black line art on cream, no shading, no words except "Fig. 1", "Fig. 2", "Fig. 3"." Model: Arrow 2.*

**Style from a reference**

![Heron sticker in burnt orange and deep teal with a cream die-cut border, drawn in the same two inks as the lynx sticker](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-s4.svg)

*Prompt: "Create a heron sticker illustration for a 5 cm sticker. Take the two inks, the misregistration and the die-cut border from Image 1; the subject is new. Flat fills. Avoid gradients and text." Model: Arrow 2.*

It also does bold, flat compositions in a few colours, like a poster or a cut-paper print. Name the colours and say "large simple shapes".

![Flat cut-paper illustration of a blue fox leaping over red tulips under a yellow sun, in ultramarine, vermilion, cream and yellow](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-floral.svg)

*Prompt: "Create a bold flat illustration of a fox leaping through a field of oversized tulips under a big round sun, like a Matisse cut-out. Four colours only: ultramarine, vermilion, cream and sun yellow. Large simple shapes, no outlines, no gradients." Model: Arrow 2.*

Arrow doesn't do photographs. Ask for one and you get a flat illustration of it. For photos, use [Seedream](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/seedream). For a poster with lots of type, use [Ideogram](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/ideogram). [Which model for what](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/which-model) shows all five families on the same prompts.

## Write the prompt

**Use QuiverAI's template.** It covers what a vector file needs that a picture doesn't:

> Create [subject] for [use and size]. Use [style], [colors], and [composition]. Include [required details]. Avoid [unwanted details].

**Name the size it will be used at.** A 24 px toolbar icon needs far less than a 5 cm sticker, and Arrow draws to match. QuiverAI's fix for a cluttered result is to name the display size and drop texture. Asked for "a chocolate bar icon", Arrow drew a glossy, shaded chocolate bar. Told it was for a 24 px toolbar button, it drew an icon.

**No size**

![A glossy brown chocolate bar drawn as a filled illustration with shading](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-p1a.svg)

*Prompt: "Create a chocolate bar icon." Model: Arrow 2.*

**For a 24 px toolbar button**

![A grey outline icon of a six-square chocolate bar with one corner square snapped off, rounded line ends](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-p1b.svg)

*Prompt: "Create a chocolate bar icon for a 24 px toolbar button: one 2-unit stroke in dark grey, rounded ends, a bar of six squares with one corner square snapped off. No fills, text or shadows." Model: Arrow 2.*

**Say how it's built.** Fills or outlines, stroke weight, rounded or square line ends, background. "One cream outline weight on a cobalt square, rounded ends, no fills" is what made the six icons above one family.

**Give colors as hex codes.** "Sunset colors" gave us a busy, shaded lynx in oranges and purples. Four hex codes gave a flat lynx in exactly those four.

**Sunset colors**

![A lynx head in oranges and purples with spotted fur and detailed shading](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-p2a.svg)

*Prompt: "Create a flat lynx sticker illustration in sunset colors." Model: Arrow 2.*

**Four hex codes**

![A flat lynx head in burnt orange, deep teal and cream with dark brown outlines](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-p2b.svg)

*Prompt: "Create a flat lynx sticker illustration for a 5 cm sticker. Use burnt orange #D9622B, deep teal #1F4E5A and cream #F3E9D2 with dark brown #3A2418 outlines, centered. Avoid gradients and text." Model: Arrow 2.*

**Make a set from one prompt.** Write the prompt once, then change only the subject for each icon. Keep the size, stroke and fill words identical, and the set will match. QuiverAI suggests checking the whole set at its real size and fixing only the icons that don't read.

**For diagrams and line art, set the line weights.** Name the viewpoint and say which lines are heavier. QuiverAI's advice is to keep major outlines heavier than construction details, as in the patent drawing above.

**Give each reference one job.** "Take the two inks, the misregistration and the die-cut border from Image 1; the subject is new." That's how the heron sticker took its style from our lynx.

**Turn a sketch into a vector.** Attach a drawing and say what the finished file should be. Asked to turn our sketch into "a clean vector illustration", Arrow traced the pencil texture and the paper too. Describing the finished file worked: "solid black fills and bold, even strokes ... no pencil texture, no construction lines and no paper". It still kept a few thin guide lines. The sketch here was made on Nano Banana 2.

**Sketch**

![Graphite pencil sketch of a carved owl mask in a sketchbook, with construction lines and shading on one side](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-sketch.webp)

*Prompt: "A rough graphite pencil sketch on cream sketchbook paper of a carved wooden owl mask, front view, loose construction lines, a few erased strokes, shading on one side. Only the drawing, no colour." Model: Nano Banana 2.*

**Vector**

![The owl mask redrawn as a black and white vector with bold closed shapes, one side of the face filled solid black and a few thin guide lines kept](https://batchbanana.com/docs/models/arrow/a-vector.svg)

*Prompt: "Redraw the owl mask in Image 1 as a finished vector logo illustration: solid black fills and bold, even strokes, every shape closed and clean. Keep the proportions and details of the sketch, but no pencil texture, no construction lines and no paper. White background." Model: Arrow 2.*

**Write the exact words, and check every letter.** Arrow spelled "HALVARD" correctly and drew it as shapes, so it scales like the rest of the file. Short labels, like the patent drawing's "Fig. 1", came out as real text you can edit. Keep text to a short name or label: in our comparison Arrow misprinted two of five diagram labels.

**Change one thing at a time.** To fix a result, rerun the prompt with one change and name what stays. QuiverAI's pattern: "Change only [one element] to [new requirement]. Keep [silhouette, layout, colors, text, and other fixed details] unchanged."

## Settings

Arrow has no settings of its own. **Aspect ratio** sets the shape of the file, and the prompt does the rest.

Every Arrow image costs 59 credits, a single icon or a busy scene, and takes about 90 seconds. Set **Images per prompt** to 1 until the prompt is right, then ask for the full set.

| Model | Credits per image | Other settings |
| --- | ---: | --- |
| Arrow 2 | 59 | Same price |

## Limits

- Up to 14 reference images.
- No photographs. Text is best kept to a short name or label.
